Bright Days Early Education has been an incredible place for my daughter in the Kindy room! The educators are warm, attentive, and genuinely invested in the children’s growth and well-being. My daughter has thrived both socially and academically, coming home each day excited to share new experiences and lessons. The activities are thoughtfully planned, creative, and engaging, ensuring every day is a new adventure. The team truly goes above and beyond to provide a safe, nurturing environment. I also appreciate the regular communication, including updates, photos, and detailed learning stories. Bright Days was quite simply a lifesaver for our family. I cannot express in words my gratitude for the staff here. My son was at a very well-regarded centre prior to attending bright days with all the bells and whistles, however it was the staff that let us down. A facility can be amazing, but it is the staff that are the heart and soul of a centre. So, we were so happy to find Bright Days because it had all the bells and whistles, we were used to, but the staff were exceptional! My son went from situationally mute and withdrawn at his last centre to an absolute chatterbox that looks forward to going to kindy every day. The centre fosters a strong sense of belonging and community where diversity (e.g. neuro, gender, cultural) is celebrated. The centre has cameras everywhere for child safety, the food is amazing, the staff are engaged and responsive, the learning opportunities and reporting are of high standard. ~ Kori R

After being burned by our experience with some other local daycares, I was pretty hesitant about finding anything outstanding at Bright Days, but I have been so pleasantly surprised. The staff are warm,friendly and genuinely care about the kids. My daughter went from crying hysterically at drop-offs at her old centre, to being engaged and excitedly saying goodbye at Bright Days. What more could a parent wish for?? The facilities are next level, the food is amazing, and I have one very happy little 3yo who loves her daycare days. I am SO glad we moved to Bright Days. Bright Days is amazing. My daughter started a few months ago, and all the staff have been incredible throughout the adaptation process. This is such a wonderful childcare center with meaningful core values. My daughter is so happy now and feels safe and heard. As parents, we are delighted with the open communication with the teachers and director, and we can see how much effort they put into solving any challenges for the kids. Additionally, the facilities are fantastic—clean and well-organized. I highly recommend this childcare. ~ Gaby V

Bright Days is a wonderful childcare center! Everyone is very friendly, caring, and willing to help. The facilities at the center are new, spacious, and safe. The parking area is also large and convenient, with separate entry and exit points, and there’s no worry about rain or sun. Most importantly, my son Lucas loves going to class and learn new things. Thank you, Rachelle, Sunny, Sandeep, Tanya, Chloe... and the other educators whose names I don’t know, for creating such a friendly environment for the little ones. ~ Ng D

Our daughter absolutely loves Bright Days Early Education Heston! The day care has amazing indoor and outdoor spaces, and she especially enjoys exploring outside. We are thrilled to see her growing and learning every day. The nurturing environment is perfect for her social, physical, cognitive, and emotional development. The staff are incredibly caring, experienced, and genuinely passionate about what they do. Wow!! Child care centres have come along way since I was a kid and this is the BEST ONE I have seen. *Dinosaurs, Mushroom Houses and more on the roof give the feeling of a theme park! *Professional Chef and commercial kitchen with yummy smells wafting out the door. *Plentiful and easy to access car parking. There are so many good things about this centre that I highly recommend parents book in for a tour today.... Well done Bright Days Team!! ~ Julie G

Bright Days is beautiful. We moved our child there a few weeks ago having been left down badly by a different nearby daycare. The facilities at Bright Days are just amazing. It's a child's wonderland. The staff are cheerful and caring. My child has leaned so much in the past few weeks as they have a real focus on education as well as fun. They consistently ensure that the centre is equipped with a diverse range of high-quality resources and activities that we have not seen in other daycares. A standout feature of Bright Days is their chef’s approach to nutrition and allergy management. The meals provided are phenomenal, with a focus on both flavour and safety. It’s heartwarming to see both educators and children enjoying and even requesting second helpings of lunch—a true testament to the delicious and nutritious meals provided on site. Every time we have visited, the atmosphere has been nothing short of joyful. The educators, administration and children alike appear genuinely happy, creating a positive and engaging space for learning and play. The facility itself is modern and thoughtfully designed, featuring over five outdoor play areas that offer natural light, shaded spaces, and exposure to natural resources like water, mud and sand. At Bright Days Early Education Herston, nothing is overlooked.
